We've had a great experience! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. I didn’t expect too much because I had read a lot of negative reviews, which is also why we chose the executive room. We loved the pool, especially at night. We also loved the breakfast, even though there were only a few options, we were full and the selected dishes were decent. I’ll definitely come back for a longer stay and recommend this to my friends.

It’s actually our second stay there. The issues were addressed properly by the management. The air-conditioning wasn’t cold enough to accommodate the small room. After asking the front desk to fix it, they sent someone to have it checked. They also fixed the shower which fell off the floor. Unexpectedly, I received a call from them that they would transfer us to another room. Unfortunately, the room wasn’t that clean since it had some hair fall and there was a cockroach in the toilet. Finally, the manager told me that they would transfer us to a much better room and it was perfect for us! On the hand, the breakfast buffet wasn’t worth the price. Very few options and I believe that my money was just gone with some simple food options! All in all, we had a good two-day stay there.

Good hotel for the price. Location is great, mrt just 3mins walk away and food options are a lot since malls are just across too. Buffet breakfast is okay not so many options but quite decent compared to most budget hotels.

Ang location ay very good kasi if aattend ka ng concert sa Araneta Coliseum pwede kang sya lakarin sa amenities naman is naga expect ako na malaki ang room and merong ref kasi tinignan ko talaga yong all amenities kaya ko pinili mag stay kasi meron naka lagay doon kaya nag expect talaga ako pero wala pala meron din naka lagay coffe maker pero kettle lang ang available sa room hindi rin gumagana ng maayos ang TV kasi marami pang pipindutin na pupunta daw sa ganito ganyan pero di naman talaga TV yong habol ko roon. All I can say is as a solo goer maganda mag stay dito kasi malapit sa mall, malapit sa sakayan ng train and most especially malapit lang din sa Araneta Coliseum

The staff are nice small hotel but complete amenities like swimming pool.gym and restaurant. The food is okey not excelent but ok for it's price per room.will come back again.

Not all surfaces were cleaned especially in the bathroom. There were droppings on the backsplash of the sink. When we moved the bed, the underside of it was very dusty and there was a pair of used hotel slippers. Regarding the service, it was good.

Room service/Housekeeping service is very poor, isa lang yata yung housekeeping nung hotel jusko. I am with my baby, and nung 2nd night namin akala ko kung ako yung gumagapang sa braso ko, to my surprise ipis na maliit! So nagworry ako baka dumapo sa baby ko, nagpunta ako sa cr to wash my arms and hands at eto ang nabungaran ko, may ipis din sa sink. Juskooooo! Never again sa hotel na to 😤😤😤😤😤 DO NOT BOOK HERE KUNG AYAW NYONG MADISAPPOINT 😡
